Main Street Wings...NUM NUM!!!

Anybody that knows my wife and I knows that we love our wings.  Our obsession probably began with our friends home made wings (the best wings we've yet to taste), and the wonderful flavors forever ruined us on ordinary restaurant wings.  However, this has never stopped Mary and I from continually looking for that one special restaurant with wings on demand (instead of begging and pleading with Pat to take out his deep fryer).  All seemed lost in our search, with a few places here and there with the ability to kind of tame our need for good wings.  Researching restaurants in Ashburn, Mary stumbled upon Main Street Wings which according to their website was voted best wings in Loudoun County.  Mary being the excellent wife she is surprised me with a dinner date with friends after a long days work.  This gem is located in a small shopping center that doesn't get too crowded (which is important to us), and the atmosphere was calm, clean, and fun.  With 22 flavors of wings to choose from, and cheap $1.50 draft beer, Mary and I were in wing/beer heaven.  The wings are served fresh, cut from the chicken in the back kitchen, and lightly fried to perfection.  Served by the pound (not by pieces) we tried Raspberry Chipotle, Spicy Garlic Butter, Kickin' Crab, and Buffalo Mild.  Raspberry Chipotle being my favorite with a perfect blend of sweet and spicy, while the Mild could have packed more heat.  Regardless, the wings were fantastic, the atmosphere wonderful, beer cold, company awesome, and the service family like.  To top it all off......they had GOLDEN TEE!  This is now my favorite bar!  Be sure to check them out at www.mainstreetwings.com.
