Baby Shower!

I truly have the most amazing friends & family!!  My sister, Sarah, planned the most amazing baby shower for me!  She enlisted the help of Teneille, Darden, Jess and Shannon!! With Sarah's amazing ideas, and everyone elses hard work and contributions...I had the BEST shower ever!!! 

The one request I had for the shower was to ask each person attending to bring their favorite childhood book for Addison, to start her very own collection!!!  So Sarah, took this idea and also incorprated the owl theme from our nursery as a way to decorate for the shower!!!

The decorations, starting with the front door were amazing!!!  The food (prepared by Jess) was delicious!!!  Jess made the most amazing Owl Cake Pops...they were such a HUGE hit!!  Everyone LOVED them!!  Sarah had a beautiful cake make for us!!!  Filled, of course, with Reese Peanut Butter Cups :)  We played games while everyone sipped on punch, soda, wine or champange!!  We received so many gifts, that both Dan & I are still in shock!! Everyone was beyond generous!!  We feel like we are now prepared to bring her home!!!!
